Meet the Team

  • Clark Horne

    OWNER, BUILDING CONTRACTOR

    Clark grew up in Sarasota and Longboat Key. His passion is building, improving, and restoring the beautiful Sarasota area where he and his family reside.

    Clark received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at Florida State University. He then began his career in commercial construction for several years, and gained experience managing projects ranging from $500,000 - $10,000,000. He later joined an Engineering firm that specialized in commercial and residential structure design and site planning, and has engineered thousands of homes throughout Florida.

    His background in both engineering design and construction management allow him to have a unique perspective on projects, proactively prevent issues, and pay close attention to every detail - keeping both budget and schedule on track.

    Clark is a licensed Building Contractor, and is a project manager for CHC projects.

  • Neal Horne

    SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

    Neal has over 30 years experience in the building industry from renovations to new construction luxury homes. He is an expert in building processes, site management, and ensuring every detail is translated from the design to the field.

    Neal manages all field operations, superintendents, and subcontractors. He is the boots on the ground, and guarantees a seamless delivery for all of our customers.

    PROPERTY ACQUISITION

    Jennifer has spent two decades excelling in the competitive landscape of Sarasota and Longboat Key real estate, establishing a reputation as a well-respected and innovative agent. She has represented both buyers and sellers for every product from starter homes to multi-million dollar estates.

    With her connections and immense knowledge of the local market, Jennifer manages all land and property acquisition for CHC and our valued clients.
